Matt established Elevate Improvements after running a successful roofing company for over a decade, To no surprise, Affordable Roofing Services being our partner roofing company! With a keen focus on customer service, Matt is an ever present figure for the group, always visiting sites and clients to ensure the customers are happy and to be on hand to quickly delegate tasks to the team to allow for faster resolutions when required.

Daniel Gout

Director

Dan combined with Matt in 2022 to form Elevate Home Services. He has a wealth of industry knowledge having started out at as a Builder & Multi-Trader himself and can still jump in and get his hands dirty when required. Dan is a very active member of the EHS team and involved in all projects that we undertake, both office and field based to ensure client enquiry and response times are speedy.

James McElligott

Operations Manager

James has been with us since we started, assisting with the initial set up of the group. Having been in the Recruitment industry for nearly a decade previous and with managerial experience under his belt, he is the main point of contact from start to end of all projects that we undertake. With client satisfaction being his main priority, he will be sure to be on hand to provide assistance at all times.
